For more than fifteen years, I have been committed to high quality legal work in partnership with people and organizations fighting for equity.

I started ADA Update during the Coronavirus pandemic as a space for analysis about problems and possible legal solutions under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar statutes. My hope is was inform my disability law practice — and perhaps provide a broader contribution to the field.

I practice at Vladeck, Raskin & Clark, a public interest law firm in New York.

Before attending law school, I was a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, serving in USS Abraham Lincoln and USS Port Royal. That military experience informs my life and my legal practice.
